She works as a research assistant for Dr. Christina Parker on a project observing classrooms and schools that are using restorative practices to facilitate classroom community and relationship building. She is also a graduate assistant for Dr. Kathy Bickmore on a project which supports students in learning leadership skills to address social justice issues such as racism.
