Refugees and Canada Book Tours and Refugee Story Bank Online Collection

Role: Co-Investigator

This project is focused on a book project that documents personal narratives and experiences about the refugee experience in Canada. It includes first-person accounts of refugees, refugee activists, front-line workers in support agencies, private sponsors, civil servants, policy makers, and officials in the refugee processing system. The goal of the book is to help readers understand the conditions experienced by refugees and how they interplay with the policy and practical responses from successive governments and generations of Canadians. This book is intended to be accessible to diverse groups of people, both inside and outside of academia.
